Mission Statement Tucson Raiders aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience to every athlete. We believe in the power of youth football and cheer to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. A high-quality experience is one in which every athlete:
* Is coached using principles of Positive Coaching * * Has fun at practices and games * * FEELS LIKE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE TEAM REGARDELSS OF PERFORMANCE * * Learns "Life Lessons" that have value beyond the playing field * * Learns the skills, tactics and strategies of the game and improves as a player *
About Us
The Tucson Raiders stand as a dedicated assembly of unpaid volunteers, including coaches, staff, and board members, united in providing a fun, safe, and constructive outlet. Boys and girls aged 5-15 are welcomed into seven distinct football and cheer divisions: Flag, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U. Our program embraces over 250 enthusiastic youth, fostering a vibrant community within our organization.
